I was so glad that you could work as our event planner for the Nov 20 events. As you found out, it is a pretty complex event with many moving parts, and we simply could not have done it without you! I was so impressed with your thorough preparation and attention to detail. There was not one thing that I mentioned that you forgot. I simply suggested some element for the event and you took care of it. As a program director I truly appreciate that level of reliability and responsiveness. You knew exactly what needed to be done and were incredibly effective communicating with both internal and external vendors.
Your event planning expertise, your attention to detail and your commitment to excellence created an event of the highest quality. You are a such a consummate professional, and a true pleasure to work with. I don’t take either of those things, or your support for granted.
